Summer Track Workouts with
Every Wednesday at 7pm
7/2, 7/9, 7/16, 7/23, 7/30, and 8/2
Williamstown HS Track
Off The Grid athletes will have the ability to improve on their
speed and endurance with the summer offering of track workouts.
The six-week program will begin with a one mile pre-test;
also known as the greatest run distance in the world.
Each week will focus on run technique, drills, and interval training.
The purpose of this program is to build endurance
and increase speed regardless of your
skill level or experience.
