Our Fitness Evaluation and Workout includes:

1) An overview of CrossFit Off The Gridʼs methodology
2) Instruction of Basic Movements
3) Strength Assessment through those movements
4) Warm-up
5) A timed workout based on your strength assessment
6) Cool down
7) Evaluation and Discussion

Please bring $25, workout clothes, an open-positive mind, and a desire to bring about change in your life. We will do the rest. (Be sure to let us know of any restrictions and/or previous health related issues you are aware of in your initial email or phone call.)
