  Mark Saber


Mark is a certified CrossFit and CrossFit Kids trainer. He has been involved in sports and weight training for over 12 years. His easy-going personality paired with his technical approach to fitness makes for a demanding yet rewarding training experience. Mark is currently pursuing the POSE Method of Running Certification.

     
  Nick Di Matteo


Nick is a certified CrossFit, CrossFit Kids, and POSE Running Trainer, as well as, a certified Personal trainer and Nutritional Consultant from AAAI/ISMA. He has been involved in weight training and personal training for over 14 years and during this time he played collegiate Div III soccer for four years at Rutgers in Camden. Nick also has a Master's Degree in Holistic Wellness from Clayton College of Natural Health. His positive yet firm holistic approach to fitness sets him apart from the 'globo' gym type trainers. Nick is currently pursuing the CrossFit Olympic Lifting Certification, CrossFit Barbell Certification, CrossFit Level II Certification, and a Ph.D. in Traditional Naturopathy.
