Membership

     
The first session is a 1 on 1 personal training workout and fitness evaluation. (one hour - by appointment only)   $25
     

All workouts must be scheduled 1 week prior to
workout dates and are 5 days a week - Monday to Friday with a Free Saturday Session (see CrossFit schedule and events).

   
     
All workouts are personal training sessions with world
class coaching.*
   
     
1 on 1 Personal training sessions   $65/hr
     
Group Session Rates:    
     
1 month (12 Sessions - Student/Veteran/Firefighter/Police)   $150
     
1 month (12 sessions)   $200
     
3 months (36 sessions)
  $550
     

(If you break down each membership into individual
personal training sessions - the savings are tremendous. For instance, the 3 month membership includes 36 personal training sessions each for $15.28)

*Make sure that you arrive 10 min early for each workout.

**The workout sessions may have more than one person training at a time.
