A1. 2 Reps:  Segmented Snatch Grip Deadlift 

pause just off ground, just below knee, and at power position

A2. Halting Snatch Grip Deadlift

*pause at power position


Every 90 sec for 4 Rounds:

B. Push Press TnG x 5 *build per set


“Captain Bad Guy”

For time:

600m Run

35 Toes to Bar/Sit ups

30 Box Jump *step-down

25 Ring Dips/Push Ups

20 KS’s *tough

600m Run
