Crossfit Off the Grid is the greatest, I would never be who I am today if it wasn't for the great coaches and family of members. I look forward to working out everyday here!

“I started at CrossFit OTG in December 2011 at 30 yrs old, in the worst shape of my life, and on a fast track to outgrow the most recent set of clothes I had bought. I was hooked after my intro WOD and 8 months later and I am even more hooked than I was on Day 1. I am 60lbs lighter, in the best shape of my life, and I’ve met AMAZING coaches and OTG’ers who push me to do better, and celebrate with me when I do!”

I started Crossfit 4 years ago through winning a free month as a raffle prize. Never did I think that my prize would be life changing. Four years later (and 2 kids later) I am in the best shape of my life. I am now doing things that I said during the first months of Crossfit that I said I would never be able to do. I thank the coaches for all their support and coaching throughout my Crossfit experience.

2 years ago I walked into the OTG garage not knowing how much crossfit would have changed my life. Thanks Nick, Mark, Stacey, Joe, Justin, Matt, Michelle and especially all you badass crossfitters...who now I call friends for pushing me every WOD! I've achieved some goals but still pushing to achieve more and I truly am inspired by all of you!
