Group Training is at the heart of CrossFit Training. All group sessions are run by 1-2 CrossFit certified Coach(es) and are 1 hour in length. The group dynamic creates an indescribable energy that pushes you to your limits and beyond. Our focus is:
- Constantly Varied (everyday a new and completely different workout)
- Functional Movement (movements that mimic real life or sport)
- High Intensity (getting yourself outside your comfort zone to produce maximum power).
The group sessions are fun, informative, competitive and community based. We have a very welcoming family of members who make our amazing atmosphere what it is. The only way to truly understand it, is to do it!
