- have an assessment
- discuss lifestyle variables to improve overall health and being
- discuss digestion, sleep cycles, energy levels, nurtition, stress and body composition
Each member is different, and each person needs to take different steps to reach their own personal goals. The lifestyle consultations are the first step to understanding all that is at work.
