If you are not a member and would like to be trained by CrossFit Off The Grid then this is the section for you. The information below outlines what is involved in these sessions.

  • 30 minute phone consultation every 6 weeks
  • Individualized nutritional analysis and prescription as required
  • Daily, monthly or weekly individualized exercise program design
  • Ongoing email support
